🤧A new flu strain – H3N2 subclade K – is spreading this season. The flu virus changes often, and multiple strains spread at the same time.
💉 A yearly flu vaccine offers critical protection against severe illness, hospitalization, and death from flu, even if it is not a perfect match to circulating strains.
It's not too late to get this season's flu vaccine!
More data about flu in Virginia can be found at vdh.virginia.gov/epidemiology/respiratory-diseases-in-virginia/data/

At this time our govDelivery account has one auto response if people reply to a newsletter. That message lets them know the email box is not monitored and directs them to the VDH website.
We recently found out that each LHD/Program is able to have its own auto response. However - to do that each From Email Address needs to be unique. Right now, they are all the same - for example:
<Crater Health District>vdh@public.govdelivery.com
<Data Learning Collective> vdh@public.govdelivery.com
<Display Name >vdh@public.govdelivery.com
If you would like to have a custom auto response for your newsletter, please review this spreadsheet and do the following by Friday, December 19 (this can also be done at a future time if you can't meet deadline):
On the Yellow "Active From Addresses" tab - find your LHD/program under display name in Column A
<Display Name>vdh@public.govdelivery.com
Update Column C with your desired new email. Everyone will have the same domain @public.govdelivery.com (or something similar)
<Display Name >XXX@public.govdelivery.com
Update Column D with your auto response. This can include an email they can contact and/or website they can visit, etc...
If you do not have a current From Email (AKA display email in Column A) and would like to request one with or without an auto response - please follow steps above on the green "Request From Email Address" tab.
