New Multi-Factor Authentication Requirement for govDelivery
Starting Wednesday, July 16, all govDelivery account holders will need to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) upon login to access their account.
MFA requires a secondary verification step to log in — such as a code sent to a trusted phone — to ensure only authorized users can access your account.
Initial Set-up
Each administrator will be prompted to set up a security device and security questions upon their next login.
Ongoing Login Process
Enter your email and password as usual on the govDelivery login page.
Receive a secure authentication code on your device.
Enter the code to verify your identity and access your account.
