Membership

Membership information for the 2026 Season will be posted here. 

Any CTC member has access to club executive documents, including agendas and minutes. A copy of the most recent executive minutes will be posted in the clubhouse, once approved by the executive. If any member wishes to obtain copies of additional Minutes or agendas, please consult the president.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of CTC is held late in the season and is usually accompanied by a social banquet for members and their significant others. Separate cost based on the chosen venue (cost separately, based upon attendance).

To join:

1. Please fill out the 2026 Membership Form here .                      

2. You may open, print and complete the form below and submit to a member of the Executive if you prefer.

3. It is preferred that fees are paid by e-transfer to coverdaletcfee@gmail.com or cheque payable to Coverdale Tennis Club.

Cash fees are accepted, however, must be submitted directly (hand to hand) to the President of the club; a confirmation of receipt (of fee in cash) will be emailed from the President.

NOTE: Membership is only complete once Membership Form and Fees are received. 

Guests

Guests are welcome to play during the above noted hours but must fill out the form below prior to play. 

Invitations may be given by current members or an invitation can be secured by contacting the club President, Shaun O'Reilly at coverdaletennis@gmail.com to request a guest invitation and by completing the form below prior to play. Guests are welcome to attend 2 club sessions prior to formally joining the club and paying the associated fees as outlined above.
