Coverdale Tennis Club Members Lisa McBride, Shelley Richards and Raisa Goboleo received certificates from Northumberland Paramedics Chief Susan Brown and Deputy Chief Keith Barrett for saving the life of fellow member, Joe Palumbo at the Victoria Day Tournament. Many members were on hand today to celebrate this and Joe's health today! 

The club was selected as the latest recipient of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) through their Public Access Defibrillator (PAD) Program. 

The club was grateful to be able to thank the 4 paramedics who responded on this day: Dexter Barrett, Brooklin Raven, Christian O'Neill and Matthew Rollwagen.

Women's Friday Night Interclub Play

This year we collaborated with the Port Hope Racquet Club to offer a women's doubles evening of play on Friday nights in May and June.  Members from both clubs signed up for sessions that alternate between Coverdale and Port Hope Courts. The goal was simply to meet new people and share the love of the game and that we all did!

Recent Improvements to Coverdale Courts!

Trees to the south were trimmed back to prevent sap from dripping on the south side of the courts.
