For those who may not have the space or ability to farm, education is just as important. We offer hands-on classes for both children and adults who want to learn about the life cycle of a chicken, how to properly butcher a bird, and why this knowledge is so important. Our goal is to educate people on where their food comes from and the responsibility that comes with raising animals for sustenance. Participants will gain an understanding of how chickens grow, what they need to thrive, and the ethical process of humane slaughter and processing.
