We are looking for a keen leader aiming to step up and develop their leadership skills as a deputy principal. The successful applicant will have an in-depth understanding of effective teaching and learning. They will be culturally responsive, encourage collaboration and innovative thinking. Current leadership experience, strength in pastoral care and student management, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety both orally and in writing audiences are essential. Recent SENCO experience preferred. A good sense of humour is a must.
