Shalomi Newspaper.pdf

This is Amazing!

This is independent work completed by Shalomi which is most impressive. Her goal is to be a journalist or a reporter for the media. We think she is very capable of achieving that goal.

Make an Egg Float experiment by Chase.

This activity was really fun because I didn’t know what would happen next. But when I put the egg in I was so amazed because it looked like it was going to sink but, then it floated to the middle.

Also I learnt that salt water is denser than ordinary tap water and that is why the egg floated.

Good Work Chase! Great observation skills, description of your experiment and conclusion. Fantastic.

Te Wai making Cheese Drops

This was one of the recipes in the home learning packs our year 5&6 Teachers prepared.

Cooking uses reading and maths skills and it's also really fun! Great work Te Wai!
