Corcoran Properties is a family run business established in 1986. We provide quality accommodation exclusively for students studying in Manchester. Our properties are mainly located in the heart of Fallowfied although we have one a 'stones throw' from the university campus.

We advertise exclusively through Manchester Student Homes, a university owned organisation that exists to protect student interests by ensuring landlords and houses are of the highest standard. We have achieved an A+, the highest level of accreditation with MSH by abiding by their Code of Standards. The code not only applies to the houses themselves in respect of facilities, security and safety but also to the landlord with regard to practices and procedures.

All our rent packages include every utility bill ie gas, electric, water, broadband and TV licence. There is nothing more to pay after your rent.

All our broadband installations have a massive download speed of 350 Mbps

We charge absolutely no fees. All you pay is rent and a deposit that is protected as required by law.
