CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

We at Corcoran Properties are working continually to improve our portfolio of properties. We are obviously obliged to keep up with legislation ensuring all our houses are safe and legal but we also strive to update our properties keeping them looking fresh and modern.

During the summer of 2020 alone we replaced 3 bathrooms and two kitchens in a modern contemporary style. We built a second storey extension to comply with minimum room sizes, we laid laminate floors in 6 bedrooms and installed additional loft insulation in all our houses. We accomplished this in 9 weeks, well before our tenants were due to move in.

In the summer of 2021 we intend to replace a further two kitchens ensuring our standards are kept up to date.
