Schools are covered by a different music licence to TAFEs.
All Government and most Catholic and Independent schools are covered by the Schools Music Licence. If a school is unsure whether they are covered by the licence, they can contact their local copyright manager.
All TAFEs (excluding Victoria) can rely on the TAFE Music Licence.
With Week 4's Readings and tasks you’ll learn the ways in which the music licences allow you to use music inside and outside the classroom.
Please post (ie copy and paste) your answers in this week's google folder, under your group number, by the end of Sunday 20 August 2023 and finish your peer review by the end of Tuesday 22 August 2023.
If your group is comprised of:
TAFE teachers please answer according to the TAFE Music Licence.
School teachers please answer according to the School Music Licences.
Please do not refer to copyright exceptions in your group answer as these are covered in Week 5.

Are the activities listed above allowed under the music licences?
If so, please specify if any restrictions (eg must be kept behind a password protected system, must include a copyright notice, etc).
