TestKit Tracker is an equipment-recording and reminder tool. It is intended to assist users with managing calibration information but does not replace the user's responsibility to confirm that equipment is correctly calibrated, within date and suitable for use.
Calibration reminders and notifications are provided as a convenience only. Delivery of notifications cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by device settings, notification permissions, operating-system behaviour, battery-saving settings, connectivity or other factors outside the control of Connect Technical Services Limited.
Users remain responsible for checking calibration dates and equipment status before equipment is used.
TestKit Tracker relies on information entered by the user. Connect Technical Services Limited does not independently verify calibration dates, certificate details, equipment records or other information entered into the app. Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered is accurate and has not been improperly altered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect Technical Services Limited accepts no liability for loss, damage, costs, claims, delays, failed inspections, compliance issues or other consequences arising from inaccurate records, altered records, missed or delayed notifications, or the use of equipment that is overdue for calibration.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
