MarqueBook is developed and operated by Connect Technical Services Limited.
This Privacy Policy explains what information MarqueBook collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
MarqueBook can be used without creating an account.
Vehicle information, records, notes, photographs, documents, provenance information and other content may be stored locally on your device.
Information stored only on your device is not transmitted to or held by Connect Technical Services Limited.
Deleting the app or clearing its app data may remove locally stored information.
MarqueBook Cloud is an optional feature that allows users to back up and restore their MarqueBook data.
If you choose to create and use a MarqueBook Cloud account, information may be transmitted securely off your device and stored in cloud services used by MarqueBook.
This may include your email address, account identifier, vehicle information, My Record entries, provenance information, Showcase information, Handover Book settings, photographs and supporting documents.
Cloud backup is optional. MarqueBook can still be used without a Cloud account.
When you create a MarqueBook Cloud account, we collect your email address and a unique account identifier so that your account can be created, authenticated and managed.
Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not stored by Connect Technical Services Limited in readable form.
MarqueBook uses Google Play and RevenueCat to manage purchases, subscriptions and access to paid features.
Information relating to purchases or subscriptions, such as entitlement or purchase status, may be processed by Google Play and RevenueCat.
Connect Technical Services Limited does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Information collected by MarqueBook is used only to provide and operate app features, authenticate Cloud users, back up and restore user data, manage paid access and subscriptions, provide account management, maintain security, and respond to support or deletion requests.
MarqueBook does not sell personal information and does not use your MarqueBook Cloud data for advertising.
MarqueBook uses third-party services necessary to operate certain features.
These include Supabase for Cloud account authentication, database storage and file storage; RevenueCat for managing purchases, subscriptions and entitlements; and Google Play for app distribution and payment processing.
These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data-protection laws.
Data transmitted between MarqueBook and its Cloud services is encrypted in transit.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored Cloud data. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
MarqueBook Cloud data is retained while your Cloud account remains active or while it is required to provide the service.
If you delete your MarqueBook Cloud account, the account and associated MarqueBook Cloud backup data are deleted.
Where a deletion request is submitted manually, it will normally be completed within 30 days.
Some purchase or transaction records may continue to be retained by Google Play, RevenueCat or other payment providers in accordance with their own legal and regulatory obligations.
You can delete your MarqueBook Cloud account directly within the app by opening:
MarqueBook → MarqueBook Cloud → Delete Cloud Account
This deletes your MarqueBook Cloud account and associated Cloud backup data.

Users may also delete individual vehicles, records, photos and documents within MarqueBook without deleting their entire Cloud account.
You are not required to create a MarqueBook Cloud account to use MarqueBook.
You may choose whether to use Cloud backup and whether to upload photographs, documents and vehicle records.
You may delete individual data from the app, delete your entire Cloud account, or request deletion by contacting us.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time if MarqueBook features, services or legal requirements change.
