MarqueBook Account & Data Deletion
MarqueBook allows users to create an optional MarqueBook Cloud account for cloud backup and restore.
Delete your account in the app
Open MarqueBook → MarqueBook Cloud → Delete Cloud Account and confirm the deletion.
Deleting your MarqueBook Cloud account removes the account and associated cloud data, including backed-up vehicle records, photos, supporting documents and other MarqueBook Cloud backup data.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to MarqueBook, email:
cts.appstore@gmail.com
from the email address associated with your MarqueBook Cloud account.

We may contact you to confirm the request if required. Account and associated cloud data deletion requests will normally be completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your MarqueBook Cloud account and associated cloud backup data will be deleted.
What is not affected
Information stored only on your device is not held by Connect Technical Services. Local MarqueBook data can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its app data from your device.
Any Google Play purchase or subscription records held by Google are managed separately by Google and are not deleted by removing your MarqueBook Cloud account.
Google requires account deletion to remove the associated user data rather than simply disabling the account, and the external page needs to provide a clear way to request deletion.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can delete individual MarqueBook data while keeping your MarqueBook Cloud account.
Within the MarqueBook app, you can delete vehicles, My Record entries, photos and supporting documents. If MarqueBook Cloud is active, these deletions are reflected in your cloud backup and the associated cloud data is removed.
If you are unable to access the app and would like specific MarqueBook Cloud data deleted while keeping your account, email cts.appstore@gmail.com from the email address associated with your MarqueBook Cloud account.
