The access you get as a Medical undergraduate is different from your access as a resident, you will not be able to login as a resident until you pass the relevant EUPA. We are directing all of the first year residents who previously did Connect Care training as a medical student to complete the training that relates to their residency and pass the associated EUPA. Once you complete privacy training and pass the EUPA you will have access to Connect Care.
It can happen that the module completion message can fail to make it from your computer to the My Learning Link server. If you know that you have completed the EUPA but it continues to show as not completed then you can complete and submit this attestation form to have your completion recognized.

When you are seeing a patient that is physically located in the emerg and you are responding to a consult order from a non-emerg service i.e., surgery or pulmonary medicine, then the system will ask for the Authorizing Provider.
By default, all Orders that are entered by a resident have the Attending identified as the authorizing provider. This ensures that if lab results come in after the patient is discharged someone receives them.
For Emerg patients that are being consulted the ED physician would not want to receive those results, so you have to identify who the appropriate Authorizing provider is.
If you are seeing this popup for patients not in the Emerg please contact the helpdesk and provide the MRN for an example patient so we can look into it.
Once you have completed training your access will be enabled automatically overnight. You will not receive a message stating that your login has been enabled.
Your login to Connect Care is your AHS username and password.
To check your access is enabled please follow the steps outlined at 5. How to Login after Training
