Access to Connect Care is dependent on successful completion of the End User Proficiency Assessment (EUPA). This assessment ensures users are ready to use the system safely and effectively.
Navigate to MyLearningLink.
Log in using your AHS username and password.
Click on “Required Courses” in the blue column on the left.
Locate the EUPA relevant to your specialty, click the title, and then click Register.
If the correct EUPA does not appear or you’re unsure which to take, please email help.cmio@ahs.ca and specify which EUPA you need.
Follow all provided instructions carefully, including how to open both the EUPA and the Connect Care training environment side-by-side.
Work through all questions to the end of the assessment. The system will indicate whether you passed (minimum score: 80%).
If unsuccessful, you may retake the EUPA immediately once you’re ready.
While completing the EUPA, feedback is provided for each question, with links to training materials to review missed concepts.
Tip: Use the same instructions from your Basic Training to log into the ACE Connect Care training environment when completing the EUPA.
Some prescribers working remotely may encounter issues where a passed EUPA does not register in MyLearningLink (MLL). This may be due to local device, network, or browser settings.
To confirm completion:
Log out of MLL and refresh your browser.
Log back in and go to the “Completed” tab on your Learning Home.
Look for the completion date beside the EUPA course name.
If your score is still not recorded, complete the EUPA Attestation form to document your completion and score. This will allow you to proceed with training and receive access to the Connect Care production environment.
If you’re struggling with any part of the EUPA, contact help.cmio@ahs.ca to arrange additional support.
