Owner renovating with new additions and redesigning other spaces of the home.

The existing house consisted of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with small communal spaces. The design of an additional bedroom with a bathroom. In addition 2 bathrooms were combined into 1 larger bathroom. A new space a large family room was added. A connected galley style kitchen and dining were reconfigured with added space completing the open design concept.
