Route: Fulton - Mexico - Port Ontario - Pulaski - Sandy Creek - Richland - Altmar - Williamstown

Special Pick-up Requests: Oswego County Public Transportation will have the bus come to you within 3/4 of a mile from its normal route if you cannot get to a scheduled stop location. For further information or to schedule a pickup, please call by the end of regular business hours, the day before scheduled pickup at: (877) 484-3287. 

Transfers: You may transfer from this OPT route to another OPT route or CENTRO to get to various points of Oswego County and/or Onondaga County. 

Flag Stops: Anyone may flag down the bus at a safe location along the route. 

No Route Service: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Route: Fulton - Mexico - Pulaski - Williamstown - Altmar - Port Ontario 

Service Schedule: Monday - Friday 

Weekday Schedule 

Morning Service: 

Departure from Fulton: 6:00 AM, arriving in Port Ontario area by 8:19 AM 

Return service: 10:00 AM from various stops, returning to Fulton by 1:20 PM 

Afternoon Service: 

Second departure cycle begins around 8:19 AM with return services through 1:20 PM 

Key Stops Include: 

Fulton, Mexico, Pulaski, Williamstown, Altmar, and Port Ontario with various timed stops throughout the route.

Route: Fulton - Mexico - Hastings - West Monroe - Central Square - Constantia

This route provides comprehensive coverage connecting the eastern part of Oswego County with major population centers including Oswego, Fulton, Mexico, and smaller communities like Williamstown, Pulaski, and Sandy Creek.
