Liberty Resources- Crisis services- Offer support to the community experiencing crisis, whether by phone, in person, or respite care. Provides residential and nonresidential services that include primary care, behavioral healthcare, integrated care management, peer services, and early intervention. Offers services related to substance use disorder, intellectual disabilities, and child welfare. Also provides crisis respite, HIV/AIDS homeless housing, domestic violence shelter, and crime victim assistance. Assess needs and provide referrals and recommendations for treatment. Oswego County health department - CYSHCN program - For children from birth to 21 who have or are suspected of having a serious or chronic physical condition, developmental, behavioral, and/or emotional condition. This program can help families access insurance, set up diagnostic testing and evaluations, offset medical bills, and pay for hearing aids and other durable medical equipment. They can also pay for up to three diagnostic evaluations to rule out certain conditions, including but not limited to hearing loss, heart defects, neurological problems, some vision defects, and cerebral palsy. This is a no-cost resource and referral program.
