This course will take a deep dive into the theories and strategies of teamwork. This extremely interactive course will look at topics such as: Group communication theory, teamwork theory, creating cohesion, creating diverse teams, leader ship, decision making, problem-solving, motivation, and creative thinking.
You will gain practical experience working in all types of groups including workplace groups, educational groups, sports teams, and business. In today's world the use of groups, teams, and committees are becoming popular. Gaining experience communicating in this environment is crucial. This is especially true in careers such as business, law, education, training, journalism, marketing, public relations, media, sales, law, management, public service.
These articles (ONE & TWO) will provide some more detailed goals of a course like this.
