Communication is the key. It's not enough to talk, people talk all the time. To communicate, you have to give information to another, and then receive information in return.

So What Is Our Mission?

Since 2014, it's been to fight corporate owners like Kinglsey Management, or RV Horizons, who think they are above the law. Do what they want, take what they want, hurt who the want. For us, it started with 200 homes that were declared a health hazard by the state. The same state that said they were a risk to the health of the people in a small rural town called Evans in Colorado, had no problem letting Kingsley dump them in our neighborhoods, and try to sell them without a word to anyone. Next came $1,000 water bills. More cars towed that there were homes. How would you feel if someone "sold" you a home, ordered you to make it new again, at your expense, then took it from you?

That's what happened to us.

Our mission, is to help keep anyone from experiencing that.

To help ensure that everyone is fed, clothed, and safe under a solid roof, in a healthy home.

To make sure that the voice of mobile home residents is heard. Fair and legal treatment. Nothing more, and nothing LESS.

To see the current laws regulated and enforced. To see that new laws are created to protect the rights of the lower income and impoverished families in our communities are protected.

To save our homes from corporations and governments alike. It's unconscionable that while we go overseas to build homes and create healthy environments for other countries, we can't get the laws here enforced to give us the same. That's okay, we can fix that.

We're more than just sympathetic advocates.

We live in mobile home communities, right here in Colorado. We've heard the stereotypes, and know what's real. We're fighting for our homes and our families, not a bigger portfolio. We are so much more than numbers in a ledger. Our neighbors struggle every day, check to check to make it thru, we're no strangers to tightening the belt , and doing what it takes. We know the most formidable force in the world is a group defending their homes, and that money doesn't buy resolve.

Why not an HOA? Why not an association?

The government may not regulate the corporations, but they do regulate the HOA's and Associations. They forget this country was founded on the concept of breaking the the chains created to keep people down.
