Interview Fridays - students team up and win stickers (very motivating). Have list of common questions, switch role as interviewer and interviewee. They are timed and the process has grown to a collaborative effort in giving valuable feedback and developing articulate responses. Could have a team of 4 with 2 students evaluating the interview.
