College Heights Kindergarten is a private Christian kindergarten and preschool. It was started in 1954 by Mrs. Black in order to provide quality education in a loving Christian environment for the children of Las Cruces.

Our program offers something unique in Las Cruces...the opportunity for preschoolers to learn in a traditional academic environment geared specifically for their ages and developmental stages and small kindergarten classes where 5-year-olds learn to be leaders in an academically challenging and rewarding environment. 

Registration: We will begin registration for the 2026-27 on February 28th, at our Open House from 8-10 am. Please contact us if you'd like to be on the mailing list to get registration packets.**  Alumni registration will be held February 23-27th.

**We are not part of the NM Pre-K or free daycare programs.
