Registration for the 2026-27 school year will begin with continuing students (and their siblings) at the beginning of February. Alumni registration (families who have attended previously) will be held Feb 23-27th.
Open Registration for new families will begin with an Open House, Feb 28th, from 8-10 am.

Students are pre-registered when parents complete the Registration Application, paid the $200 Registration and Supply fee (cash or check) and agreed to the terms of payment. Enrollment is based on the limits of class size and availability. The rest of the Registration paperwork (including shot records) is due at the Registration Tea. Only those who have pre-registered are eligible to complete registration at final registration in July.
Continuing students and those families that have attended before (alumni) have first opportunity to preregister for the fall term. We do not accept government funds or title programs. In lieu of this, we try to help those who need financial assistance through our scholarship program. Call or email for exact dates of upcoming registrations.
All children who attend College Heights Kindergarten must be fully potty-trained and at least 3 years of age by August 1st for the 3-year-old class, 4 by Aug 31st for the 4-year-old class, and 5 by Aug 31st for kindergarten. Developmental kindergarten is for those who just miss the kindergarten cutoff. Class placement is at the teacher and administrator’s discretion.
Children must be free from communicable diseases to attend school. Children with congenital diseases/ illnesses must have written clearance from a doctor that they are able to attend. Children with disabilities will be screened by the director in consultation with the parents to determine if our facility is capable of meeting that child's needs. If it is determined that we are not capable of adequately caring for that child, we will try to help the parents find a proper placement facility.
