CollegeFill helps users organize and reuse selected college application information on supported Common App and University of California application pages.

When reporting a problem, please include:

• Your CollegeFill extension version

• Your Chrome version

• Whether the issue occurred on Common App, the UC application, profile import/export, or an AI/MCP profile

• The name of the application section or page

• What you expected to happen

• What actually happened

• A screenshot with personal information removed, when helpful

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, payment information, application login credentials, or complete unredacted application documents.

Basic Troubleshooting

1. Confirm that CollegeFill is enabled at chrome://extensions.

2. After installing or updating CollegeFill, refresh the Common App or UC webpage before trying again.

3. Open Review / Edit Master Profile and confirm that the relevant information is present.

4. Confirm that you are on a page currently supported by CollegeFill.

5. Run Fill This Page again and review any fields marked as needing attention.

6. Review every filled field before saving or continuing.

CollegeFill does not submit applications and never clicks a final application-submission control.
