About CollegeFill
CollegeFill helps students organize and reuse selected college application information across supported Common App and University of California application pages.
How CollegeFill works
Users create and review a local Master Profile containing supported courses and grades, test scores, honors, and activities. CollegeFill can then use that information to fill supported application pages one page at a time.
CollegeFill can also import supported information from documents, pasted text, and compatible profile files. Users remain responsible for reviewing every field before saving, continuing, or submitting an application.
AI and MCP compatibility
CollegeFill supports a privacy-scoped profile format that can be used with compatible AI assistants and MCP-enabled tools. These tools can help users organize selected application information and prepare a validated CollegeFill profile file.
The user then chooses whether to import that file into the CollegeFill Chrome extension. AI assistants and MCP tools do not log in to, navigate, control, save, or submit Common App or UC applications.
Privacy-first design
• Master Profile data is stored locally in the Chrome extension.
• CollegeFill does not require a CollegeFill account, subscription, or personal AI API key.
• CollegeFill does not sell user data or use it for advertising.
• Users control when information is imported, exported, or filled.
• CollegeFill never clicks a final application-submission control.
