Cole Stewart

Born and raised in Alabama, I attended the University of Alabama, graduating in 2022 with a Bachelor's of Science in Physics and Astronomy, and Mathematics, with a minor in liberal arts.

I graduated from Michigan State University's Department of Computational Math, Science and Engineering in 2026 with a Master's Degree. Through my studies, I have developed a passion for teaching & mentoring, departmental community engagement, academic governance, and student organizations.

I'm currently the Assistant Director for Academic Coaching at Maryville College's TRIO SSS program where I coach students and facilitate workshops on academic success, financial literacy, and career preparation to help students be their best current and future selves. 

I'm always open to new experiences, cultures, and ways of thinking. I greatly enjoy the interactions with students and colleagues in classrooms, seminars, club meetings, and more.
