Our Free Repair Service is our guarantee, designed to extend the life of our garments.
All repair work is carried out in Cape Town, using appropriate materials to maintain the integrity of the original garment. Repairs range from minor work, such as replacing buttons to more complex restoration including patching or replacing hardware.
How Does The Service Work?
To request a repair, please CONTACT US with your purchase details and clear images of the damaged item, including a close up of the damaged area and we will be happy to assist.
How Much Does The Service Cost?
To ensure that every item purchased from us will last you a lifetime, we offer FREE repairs on most of our products.
TERMS:
This service is free of charge, regardless of age or where your garment was purchased.
Repairs may be subject to a waiting period of up to 30 days before being returned.
If a repair is deemed more complex, a small fee may apply, depending on the scale of the repair.
Any unconventional repair methods might be subject to a small repair fee and some damages may be deemed too severe for repair.
Repairs are charged before completion.
Collection and delivery, including costs must be arranged and covered by the customer.
Please ensure the garments are as clean as possible before sending them out.
