Coencorp’s Fleet Fuel & Maintenance Management Solution Is Selected by Municipality North of Montreal
The City of St. Sauveur, located north of Montreal Canada, has selected Coencorp, a leading fleet management solutions provider, to supply fleet fuel & maintenance software, hardware and support services for their public works department.
All municipalities are facing increased pressure to reduce their operating costs. For most public works departments, the two main cost areas include fleet fuel and maintenance. Coencorp is pleased to announce being selected to supply its fleet fuel SM2-FUEL, and maintenance management SM2-MAINTAIN, hardware, software and support services to the City of Saint Sauveur located in the Laurentians, north of Montreal Canada.
The municipality of Saint Sauveur manages over 80 vehicles to service approximately 10,000 residents living in a 50 square kilometer area. The contract requires Coencorp to provide fuel management hardware and cloud-based software to automate the municipality’s two inventory and dispensing fuel stations. Additionally, Coencorp will also provide the necessary customer support to assist Saint Sauveur with the implementation and management of their fleet’s preventative and predictive maintenance programs and parts inventory.

Much of the hardware has already been shipped to the city and work has begun to implement the fuel management hardware at Saint Sauveur's two main fueling facilities.
Mr. Tavassoli adds, " The daily and monthly fuel monitoring and accurate accounting reconciliation can be difficult. The SM2-FUEL system automatically and accurately accounts the transactions and inventory management of the fleet's fuel and other consumables saving time and keeping the fleet management compliant with local provincial and federal legislation."
Full implementation of the fuel and maintenance hardware and software is expected to be completed by February 2020.
