In this theme, there were no items where Colorado ranked significantly higher than the national average. All of the means were close to or slightly above “3 = “Midway developed”, meaning some of the items are in the process of being implemented. This theme is the starting point for Colorado and COACT is committed to expand youth voice in decision making.

- Do you have a group of young people (e.g., Y/YA leadership group, Y/YA advisory board) that meets regularly. This group represents the diversity of Y/YA served by the agency?
- Does this group provides opportunities for Y/YA leaders to gather feedback and ideas from a larger group of service participants?
- Do the Y/YA leaders represent the voices of youth in agency decision-making processes and report back to the group about these activities?
- Are the activities and priorities of this group are determined by the young people?
