Regardless of your tenure with the company or probationary status, an employer may not retaliate against any employee for taking Colorado FAMLI Paid Leave. Retaliation includes discipline, termination and IE levels (for new hire probationary FAs), or any other adverse action.
In most cases, attendance points are being assessed and not removed in a timely fashion. If this happens to you with an approved FAMLI absence, please complete a Compliance Tip Form.
If you believe you are a victim of employer retaliation in association with the use of your approved CO FAMLI Paid Leave, please complete and submit the Retaliation form to start a CDLE investigation.

This lack of consistent pay application places an undue burden on employees to pay back these monies months later.
Use the Audit Tip Form if:
You are paid from your sick bank while using approved FAMLI
