THEOLOGY TWO - CHRISTOLOGY
We Believe in Jesus
The Biblical Doctrine of the Trinity
Precepts on Tuesdays at 6:30PM EST (USA) from May 6th to June 24th, 2025
Course Description:
This course comes in two parts. First, it investigates the doctrine of Christology, focusing on the person and work of Jesus Christ, the most important human being that has ever lived. He is God in the flesh, the center of all history, and the only hope for the salvation of humanity and creation. Then we'll explore what the Bible teaches about doctrine of the Trinity. There is only one God who exists eternally as three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. And each person of the Trinity is fully equal in power and glory. But how can this be? And why do we believe it? This course is based on two Thirdmill video series, We Believe in Jesus, as well as The Biblical Doctrine of the Trinity produced by Third Millennium Ministries and presented by Dr. Dan Doriani and Dr. Andrew Parlee, with contributions from a variety of professors with precepts conducted by Dr. John Norwood.

We hope you will have a clear orientation to what Scripture teaches about the doctrine of the Trinity, becoming more enthusiastic about God's Trinitarian nature as three persons in one divine essence.
