BECOME A Community Montessori Sponsor

Community Montessori is the only public Montessori school within the Boulder Valley School District drawing students across Boulder County. Our school serves approximately 300 diverse students in preschool through 5th grade with students from a wide variety of socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds and neurodiversity.  

Our mission is to foster achievement and the joy of learning through the Montessori Method. As a BVSD school, we are provided budgetary support but not enough to meet the needs of our students and the Montessori approach.

Therefore we as the Parent Teacher Association work throughout the year to raise the necessary funds to support our students and keep our mission alive.

Our fundraising efforts support paraprofessional pay, classroom materials, Montessori materials, Art / PT / Music supplies, field trips, building safety and improvements and garden improvements and more.

Logo and Link on our Move-A-Thon focused kickoff email in May 2024 (675 email addresses)

Leading up to the Move-a-thon we will send an email to our school community thanking all of our sponsors with a hyperlink to your website.

Leading up to the Move-a-thon we will post on our private school Facebook group, thanking all of our sponsors. We will tag you if you have a Facebook page.

Logo on Move-A-Thon t-shirt (300 printed) and printed materials sent home

For Gold and Platinum Sponsors: Possibly, the most exciting part of our Move-A-Thon, this is the t-shirt each child, teacher and staff receive that day! These t-shirts are 100% cotton and the kids wear them all year long at events like school spirit days and on field trips celebrating our sponsors and their pride in our school. 

Advertising on Sponsor Banner at all school events (5+ events)

For Gold and Platinum Sponsors:  At no cost to you, a banner will be printed with your logo to be shown at all school events from May 2024 - May 2025. These events include: Move-A-Thon, Watermelon Social, Music Picnic, Global Fall Festival, Silent Auction Pickup and any additional events we might add.

Platinum sponsor logos will be featured in the sponsor section of a monthly email during the school year, sent to our parent database, with your logo linked to your website.  

1 Dedicated PTA email (676 email addresses)

Platinum sponsors will receive one dedicated email, sent to our parent database, highlighting you as a Platinum sponsor. We will work with you on which month you would like to be featured. 

Feature in 1 CM PTA Facebook group post (165 members)

Platinum sponsors will receive one feature facebook post, on our closed Facebook group. This will include the company description you provide, and any promotion or incentive you would like to provide to our community.  We will work with you on which month you would like to be featured. 

Featured on Home Page of CMPTA website:

Platinum sponsors will be featured on the home page of the CMPTA website for the entire year.
