Here are the current ways the PTA communicates with parents and staff:

1. Community Montessori Website – You can find the link to report absences, school calendar, information on staff, and more.

2. Monthly PTA Meetings – Generally they are the 3rd Tuesday of the month and held alternately in the Flex Space from 3:10 - 4:10 pm or virtually via Google Meet.

3. Monthly PTA Meeting Minutes –  These are posted on the PTA Website.

4. The PTA Facebook Page – The PTA posts helpful reminders and information for parents.  To be added go to the closed CMPTA Facebook page and request to be added.  Once an admin has verified that you are a member of the school, you will be added.

5. Helpatschools.org – The school wide volunteering site is a great place to sign up and to see what needs are at our school. You will also find our directory here.  For more information on volunteering or accessing the CM family directory click here.

6. Check out the chalkboard on the south side of the school!  It is updated monthly with upcoming events

7. Email Us– write cmpta1@gmail.com with any questions you might have and we will help you find the answer.

8. Anonymous Form – As a PTA, we strive to improve and welcome any feedback. We realize that it might be easier to provide feedback anonymously, so we have created this form. Please let us know how we can better serve the community.

9. Transparent Classroom – If your child’s teacher participates in a Transparent Classroom you can use this link to login.

10. Infinite Campus – Campus Portal: review report cards, class assignments, attendance logs, household information, and more.

1. Página Electrónica de Community Montessori: usted puede visitar el  enlace para reportar las ausencias, ver el calendario escolar, obtener información sobre el personal y más.

2. Reuniones Mensuales del PTA – Generalmente son el tercer martes del mes de 2: 45-3: 45 en el Flex Space (Salón Multiple). Se proporciona servicio de guardería. Son cortas, informativas, y es una buena forma de conocer gente nueva y mantenerse informado.

4.  The PTA Facebook Page (Página en Facebook) – El PTA publica notas útiles para recordar con  e información para los padres. Para ser parte de este, vaya a la página CMPTA Facebook y solicite que se le agregue. Una vez que un administrador haya verificado que usted es un miembro de la escuela, será  adicionado.

5.  Helpatschools.org  (Página de Directorio y Voluntariado) – El sitio de voluntariado de toda la escuela es un gran lugar para inscribirse y para ver qué necesidades hay en nuestra escuela. 6. Anónima Formulario  – El  PTA se esfuerza  por mejorar y dar la bienvenida a cualquier comentario. Nos damos cuenta de que podría ser más fácil proporcionar información anónima, por lo que hemos creado este formulario. Por favor, háganos saber cómo podemos servir mejor a la comunidad.
