Teaching Assessment:

My assessment score is higher than I thought it would be. It surprised me. I believe there are too many technique questions. Technology-related skills are my strength.

Over the years of my online teaching, I have never assigned my students any group projects. I am interested in learning and applying it to my future online course design.

I generally do a good job of mediating course-related student conflicts. But I think it needs some polishment.

PCOE Goals:

The ultimate goal of my PCOE study is to learn how to design more effective and engaging online learning experiences for my students. I had never had any professional training in online teaching. Enrolling in this program can help me make more informed choices when planning and designing my online courses. Trial and error is an effective method to improve, but it takes too long and costs more. Learning from experts is more efficient.
