• Payment info (via Stripe, Venmo, not stored by us)

• Intake responses (goals, dietary needs, preferences)

• To provide coaching, products, and customer support

• To communicate via email and SMS (you can opt out anytime)

• To run analytics and future Instagram/social ads

Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership & Use
All content on this site belongs to CMC Nutrition. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute it without permission.

2. Client Agreement
By booking services, you agree:

• To provide accurate information

• That CMC Nutrition offers education, not medical advice

• That results vary and are not guaranteed

3. Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe and Venmo. Coaching calls and services are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Rescheduling
You must give 24+ hours’ notice to reschedule a session. No-shows may forfeit the session.

5. Communication
By providing your contact info, you consent to receive emails and marketing texts. Text STOP or use the unsubscribe link to opt out.

6. Liability
You use this site and its services at your own risk. CMC Nutrition is not liable for any damages, injuries, or outcomes resulting from use of the site or its content.

7. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes:

• 1:1 coaching sessions

• Custom meal plans

• Digital downloads

• Courses or workshops
