I’m a former student-athlete turned nutrition coach, currently pursuing my MS in Dietetics, with plans to go even further and possibly earn a PhD. I’ve been an athlete my whole life, playing football from childhood through college. That experience didn’t just shape my discipline, it showed me how powerful nutrition really is, not just for performance but for living well.
I earned my BS in Nutrition because I’ve always had a passion for helping people, especially those who feel overwhelmed by all the noise in the health and fitness world. Now, through coaching, I get to turn that passion into real transformation for my clients.
