NOTICE TO ALL COMPETITORS
The result of the match must be notified to the Competition Secretary by the winner following the match either by first class mail, telephone or Email.
If played within five days of the closing date of the round the Competition Secretary must be informed of the result by telephone (not later than 10pm) or email on the same day as the match.
The scorecard signed by the losing competitor shall include the names of all players and their competition number.
It is not necessary to forward match cards in the Singles and Pairs competitions to the Competition Secretary. These must be retained by the winners for possible future reference in cases of a dispute.
One set of signed match cards for the Team Knockout Shield competition must be forwarded to the Competition Secretary by either first class mail or email.

If any player has doubts regarding what to wear on the green then they should consult and respect the dress code of the Club that they are visiting.
