I started bowling in 2005 and quickly became addicted. Like others, I still seek consistency in delivering the perfect bowl. My philosophy has always been that, whichever sport you play, you should contribute as well as receive.

The League has been fortunate, over many years, to have had a long list of committed, efficient and effective number of Presidents; Officers; Committee Members; League Stewards; Club delegates and club officials who have contributed their time and effort for the benefit of the playing membership. We thank them all.

I thank my own club Falcon for their continued support and assistance to bowls and the CMBL League.

I hope that during the coming season you enjoy your bowls in good weather and above all good health.

Be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.
