Welcome to Clu Partner. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Clu Partner mobile application as an independent service provider (“Partner”). By registering or using the Clu Partner app, you agree to comply with these Terms.
By accessing, registering, or using the Clu Partner app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to provide services in India. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the required skills, qualifications, licenses, or permissions to offer your services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and professional information during registration and while using the app. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You acknowledge that you are an independent service provider and not an employee, agent, or partner of Clu Partner.
Clu Partner operates solely as a technology platform that connects service providers with customers. Clu Partner does not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by partners.
Provide services professionally, safely, and in accordance with applicable laws
Maintain availability and honor accepted service requests
Avoid repeated cancellations, no-shows, or delays
Ensure transparent pricing and avoid demanding undisclosed payments
Use your own tools, equipment, and materials required for service delivery
Failure to meet these obligations may result in account suspension or termination.
Payments for services may be facilitated through the platform
A platform service fee or commission may be deducted as communicated during onboarding
Payouts are processed to the registered bank account based on the applicable payout cycle
You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including income tax or GST, if applicable
If you are unable to fulfill an accepted service request, you must cancel the request promptly through the app.
In the event of a dispute between a partner and a customer, Clu Partner may facilitate communication but does not guarantee resolution and is not responsible for refunds or compensation related to service performance.
You agree to:
Maintain respectful and professional conduct with customers
Refrain from abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior
Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws
You are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for your services. Clu Partner does not provide insurance or liability coverage to partners.
Clu Partner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including, but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms
Poor service quality or unsafe practices
Repeated cancellations or no-shows
Fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activity
Clu Partner is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from services provided by partners.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clu Partner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your services, actions, or breach of these Terms.
All intellectual property related to the Clu Partner app, including software, design, and content, is owned by or licensed to Clu Partner. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior permission.
Your use of the Clu Partner app is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
