By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
Clu is a technology platform that connects users with local and hyperlocal service providers such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC service professionals, car wash providers, packers and movers, and similar service providers across India.
Clu does not directly provide services and does not employ service providers. All services are offered by independent third-party service providers.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and service requests
Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Refrain from unlawful activities, fraud, misuse of the platform, or misrepresentation
Clu is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect information provided by users.
Service providers available on the platform operate independently. Clu does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of services provided. Any disputes regarding service delivery should be resolved directly between the user and the service provider.
Users agree to pay fees associated with the requested services, as displayed before confirmation
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
Clu does not store users’ card or banking details
Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the applicable cancellation or refund rules.
Cancellation by User: Users may cancel service requests before the service begins. Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing.
Cancellation by Service Provider: If a service provider cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed.
Users must:
Provide a safe working environment for service providers
Maintain respectful conduct
Avoid harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior
Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.
The App and platform are provided on an “as is” basis. Clu makes no warranties regarding the reliability, quality, or fitness of services provided by independent service providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or services booked through it.
Use of the App is subject to Clu’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
All intellectual property related to the App, including design, content, graphics, and software, is owned by the App owner. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts within India.
