- If you top up in game but you didn't receive any Zeny / Premium card, you can fill up this support ticket.
- Important tips: Make sure you already checked YOUR MAILBOX IN GAME! The zeny and premium card send to you BY MAIL IN GAME, it will not auto appear in your inventory.
- Also there might be some delay on server too, if you still haven't receive for several hours, please proceed.
