Some of you experience ID verification issue in game, which makes you unable to chat or use market. You will see thing like these in game.

In order to meet the requirements of China's Ministry of Culture standards regarding online game operations and supervision, the game now requires players to provide identity registration. Foreign players and players from Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong must submit identity documents (such as:Passport , MTP, Permanent Residence Permit, etc) in order to complete the identity registration.

They asking for Chinese name and China citizen ID, but we don't have them, how do we pass through?

Don't worry, they provide another way for foreign players.

STEP 1

Login on XD site and bind your phone number with your account. Please check the guide on this site if you need.

If you've already binded your mobile number, please skip to step 2.

STEP 2

Go to this site : https://www.xd.com/service/form/ro/199#!form-id-1264

And fill the support ticket form. Thing you will need : Screenshot / picture of your own Identify Card (of your country).

As soon as you give them everything, you will receive a message on your bind phone number about the ticket number and that it is being processed and you are to wait for their message if there will be more issues. It will takes around 1~3 working days to process.
