- Login to XD.com (it will ask you to bind your mobile number if you haven't bind yet) , then go to this support ticket site:

or forum:
- Bookmark the page after you submit the form(it contain support ticket number and they will also reply under the page)
- If everything went well, it will be done within 3 days. (Saturday & Sunday & holidays not included)
It MIGHT ask you to bind mobile number when you log in the forum the first time.
Forum post format:
- 数字id：（Account ID under your HP&SP bar after clicking Avatar in game）
- 角色名：(character name)
- 游戏账号：(username)
- 联系方式：(Email)
- 发生时间：(Bug occured time)
- 问题描述：(Details)
- 手机型号：(Device model)
- 操作系统：(Android/iOS/emulator)
- 附加图片：(Screenshot)
Tips：Upload screenshot will speed up the processing duration.
