Purpose of Project
The purpose of this project is to build a student-centered website that gives prospective students a clear look at what the Educational Technology program actually involves. By using a mix of multimedia tools, our goal is to show that this field is about much more than just tech tools, it’s a strategic combination of instructional design, learning theory, and technology integration used to solve real learning challenges.
The site is designed to help users identify the primary roles in EdTech and understand how to use these skills to improve performance in any professional setting. We also want to help future students map out their own career paths by showing how the skills they learn here can be used in their current jobs and beyond. Ultimately, this presentation serves as a practical guide to answer common questions and show how this program prepares you to lead and innovate in a digital world.
