Our normal build/sizing fee $165.00 - $290.00 +/- (vary a little with group kit and frameset) If you are using our group/kit or any frameset we sell, reduced cost of $99.90-$ 150.00 if you get the group / frameset from our shop
We can recycle your group parts for the build on the new frameset for the same fee.
The minimum service charge is $5.00.
Some specialty bikes will vary on tune up and repair cost , for example recumbent and E-bikes

Steam cleaning not required but its available as a option , highly recommended if needed , clean components reduce accelerated ware / increase performance. we also offer bike care instruction for additional safety / performance at home between tune -ups . check all torque setting .

Basic “Bicycle” Tune-Up and repair Level 1 - $69.90 Special $39.90
Includes: Tune up and Inspection: recommend at least once a year by a Factory trained Tech, twice if you’re an avid cyclists riding 100’s of miles. Tune up is all about keeping your bike safe, running smooth between Overhauls. Trained hands with special tools and eyes will fully inspect your bike and tweak as needed . Includes labor to install most parts but not all do to the Complexity of many bikes today. Cost of parts if need not included.

Complete Bicycle Overhaul - $180 to $389 Recommended 1-3 year depending on use and conditions: Serious bike Care for High end Cyclist taking care of that malty thousand dollar bike top to bottom.
Includes Deluxe Tune-Up, plus:
Bicycle is disassembled nearly down to the Bare frame, all parts cleaned rebuilt and re-lubed ,bike component rebuilt. We recommend replacing with stainless steel cables and pro- housing.

*Headset service: replacement and installation can vary in Cost due to internal hose routing we will quote as needed due to wide Range of confiture routing today.
Chain:Most manufacturers and professional mechanics recommend Chain replacement recommend every 2500 to 3500 miles to prevent accelerated chainring / cassette wear. Not to mention broken chain out on a ride. I have never seen a chain break Midnight while you’re asleep.
Riders that replace tires yearly have notable less flats with Fresh Rubber and tubes.

Flats / accidents / brake breeds- brake fluid / software upgrades / component charge or upgrade. Repair pairs if needed, Etc.

Included with E-bike set-up / tune up One full summer or 6 months of labor for tweaks and tuning adjustments which ever longer. *Parts / Flats / accidents / misuse and manufactures recall or required upgrades not included.
E-Bikes not purchased from our shop
Our shop policy before we will work on any E-bike not purchased from our shop and has not been set-up by our factory trained mechanic Starts with Tune-up setup.
#1 E-Bike must be UL or Equivalent Safe and Your E-bike company still in business in the USA with parts and technical support.
#2 Owner agrees to safe charging practices.
#3 We only use manufactures OEM parts.
#4 We reserve the right to refuse to work on any bike we did not sell up or sell Many are not safe.
#5 We also reserve the right to refuse to work on any e-bike brand that’s has gone bankrupt/or pulled out of the USA market Factory Parts and technical support are essential for a safe e-bike.
E-Bikes have Batteries and Chargers that can cause fires, Motors and controllers that can lock in the full Throttle or no throttle mode, E-bikes have brakes that need to stop a 60 plus pounds E-bike speeding down the road 20MPH or more . All the above and more need carefully set-up/tune-up by a technician with the skill and tools that make them safe for the rider and the people around them. Properly set-up and tune-up E-bike are safer and will Last longer.
Set-up tune up starts with contracting manufacture to see if there are any recalls or software up grades . and checking to see if Manufacture still in business and parts for your bike available if needed.

Base tune up only available for E-bikes that we have sold and or set-up.
*It’s kind of a moving target, both the number of E-bike manufacturers that have gone bankrupt or removed from the USA market, And now parts and support are unavailable.

Reliable Stopping: We adjust and have a full inspection on your brake calibers brake pads , brake cable or hoses and fitting for responsive and dependable stopping power.
60lb plus of bike and rider weight zipping down the road or trail need safe dependable brake for your safety and the ones around you.
Effortless Shifting: We fine-tune your gears (derailleur and shifting system) for smooth and precise gear changes every time.
Power and Performance: We lubricate your cables and chain for optimal power transfer and efficiency.
As of today, over 100 E-Bike brands have disappeared from USA market or filed bankruptcy last few years. Many reasons: E-bike charging fires / Poor quality / no dealer base for service / no replacement parts / accidents from improper set-up which can lead to accidents just to name a few.
