Job Description


Under the direction of the Plant, inspect, check, and ensure overall quality of products. Ensure compliance with Company standards. Monitor all production processes to identify and correct issues of non-compliance and assist the Plant and QC Managers in implementing solutions.


Must have prior experience with quality control and working closely with other departments to ensure production of good, quality items. Capable of making final determination to accept or reject items based on pre-established standards.


We are seeking a dedicated individual who is capable of following strict guidelines and directions, and one who is eager to promote to a leadership role with our company.


1st shift, Monday - Friday (6:00AM to 2:30PM), and overtime as required




Duties And Responsibilities


Read and interpret work orders and Quality Checklist

Inspect output by all departments using internal quality metrics

Document and record inspection results and present findings to QC and Plant Managers.

Assist in training all production personnel in quality control methods and procedures to improve product excellence

Propose and implement ongoing and continuous improvements to the production process

Inform QC and Plant Managers upon discovery of any part or material defect

Develop in-depth understanding of company standards, goals and consumer needs

Perform other duties as required or assigned

Ensure work area is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times

Report and, when possible, eliminate all safety hazards

Adhere to company Safety policies and procedures

Adhere to and enforce company Quality standards


Skills And Qualifications


Good written and verbal communication skills

5 years of experience in quality control work

Keen attention to detail

Documentation and reporting skills

Ability to grasp, manipulate, and/or assemble small objects

Ability to stand and/or walk for an eight-hour work shift

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Ability to understand and follow instructions

Must be able to travel to Italy if required
