The development of innovative and high quality products requires experience, passion, a large investment in human resources and a constant commitment to keep up with the times from a technological point of view.

Our technical office is made up of over 30 highly specialized technicians including engineers, developers and innovation managers. Clerprem has all the best modeling and simulation software systems currently in use in the Railway and Automotive sectors and a highly specialized prototyping department.

These characteristics and over 40 years of experience in the sector allow Clerprem to develop, optimize and industrialize innovative projects very quickly on any type of platform and on any type of need.

DESIGN

We rely on partnerships with major universities and design studios to improve tech and aesthetic standards to grant avantgarde solutions

3D PRINTING

We are equipped with a highly specialized 3D printing department and services ranging from R&D prototype to 3D mass production

SIMULATION

We use most reliable structural simulation softwares ( ANSYS ) to identify and eliminate any criticity in to our projects and to optimize weight and resistance

PATENTS

We are committed to develop customized solutions to grant unicity and exclusivity to our clients protecting the intellectual propriety

TESTING LABORATORY

Clerprem is equipped with an internal laboratory in order to conduct tests on materials, components and finished products.

FUTURE FIRST

We are proudly dropping our first branded product: Future First armrest.

This project has been elaborated by our internal team of engineers in collaboration with Michelangelo Design Institute, located in Bologna.

The armrest is designed by young people in order to satisfy all the technological needs of this era: a wireless charger and our solution for the Multi Media Interfase is done with Injection Moulding in one single part assembly.
