ClearScan Ultra: PDF & Word ("we", "our", or "the app") provides high-speed offline document scanning, optical character recognition (OCR), and document conversion into PDF and Word (.docx) formats. We value your privacy and are strictly committed to data transparency.

2. On-Device Processing & Zero Data Transmission

• Local Processing: All image captures, edge detection, perspective corrections, document filtering, and OCR text recognition (via Google ML Kit) occur strictly on your physical device.

• Zero Cloud Transmission: Your scanned images, captured camera frames, extracted text buffers, and generated files are never transmitted to external cloud servers, databases, or third-party networks.

• No Account Required: The app functions entirely without user registration, profiles, or login credentials.

3. App Permissions & Hardware Access

• Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA): Used solely to capture images of documents within the scanner viewfinder. Frames are held temporarily in local device memory for cropping and OCR, and are not shared.

• Storage Access: Used strictly to save, export, and manage your generated PDF and Word (.docx) documents in your device's local storage.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. To serve ads, prevent fraud, and maintain app stability, the AdMob SDK may automatically collect standard diagnostic and device data:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)

• App diagnostics, crash reports, and performance metrics
