User Data Deletion Request & Policy

1. Local Document Storage

ClearScan Ultra operates entirely via local, on-device processing. Scanned camera photos, cropped pages, extracted OCR text, and generated PDF or Word (.docx) files are stored locally on your device's internal storage. We do not maintain user accounts, and we do not transmit, upload, or store your documents on any external cloud servers.

2. How to Delete Your Local Files & Data

Because your data never leaves your physical phone, you have complete control over its deletion at any time:

• Delete Specific Scans: Open your device file manager, go to the ClearScan Ultra export directory, and delete individual files.

• Clear All App Cache and Data: Open Android Settings > Apps > ClearScan Ultra > Storage & cache > tap "Clear storage" and "Clear cache".

• Complete App Removal: Uninstalling the ClearScan Ultra application from your phone permanently deletes all app-specific sandbox data.

3. Advertising & Analytics Identifier Deletion

The app integrates Google AdMob, which may collect standard advertising identifiers and diagnostic tokens.
