ClearScan Ultra uses on-device machine learning models to extract printed text from captured documents. While these models are engineered for high precision, recognition accuracy depends heavily on variables beyond software control, including:

• Camera focus, lighting conditions, and ambient glare

• Document physical condition (creases, smudges, tears, folds)

• Font stylization, handwriting legibility, and character contrast

Users must review and verify all extracted text and converted files before using them for official, business, academic, or legal purposes.
